Terms of Use
Short and human: what Atlas is, what is and is not allowed, what belongs to you, and what happens if the rules are broken.
1. Atlas and us
Atlas (https://atlasverse.io) is a personal life system made of Spaces: Planner, Notes, Books, Travel and more. It is provided by Egor Ponomarev (an individual). By signing up or using an account you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
- Atlas is for people aged 13 and over (parental permission is covered in the Privacy Policy).
- Your account is personal: do not share it and keep your password safe. One device can hold up to 3 accounts.
- Do not impersonate others or take other people’s names or brands as usernames.
3. Your content
Everything you create in Atlas is yours. You only give us the right to store, process and show it — to you and to whoever you open it to — for as long as needed to run Atlas. That right ends when you delete the content or your account.
You are responsible for what you publish. Only publish what you have the rights to.
4. What is not allowed
- illegal content, sexual content, violence, harassment, threats and hate;
- posting other people’s personal data without their consent;
- spam, malware, hacking or overloading Atlas;
- scraping Atlas with automated tools;
- using Atlas to violate other people’s rights.
5. Moderation and blocking
Public images are reviewed automatically and by people. We may remove content that breaks these rules and restrict or block accounts. If you think we got it wrong, write to hello@atlasverse.io and we will look again.
6. The service
Atlas is free today. We keep improving it, so features change. We do our best to keep Atlas reliable and your data safe, but provide it "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. Paid features (Atlas+, the marketplace) will have their own terms when they arrive, and you will never pay for anything without clearly choosing to.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data loss caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
8. Ending
You can delete your account any time in settings. We may end access for serious or repeated breaches of these rules, or where the law requires it.
9. Changes and contact
We will tell you about material changes in Atlas. Continuing to use Atlas after a change means you accept it; if you do not, you can delete your account. Questions or disputes: write to hello@atlasverse.io first — almost everything is solved by an email.
